It is very easy to assemble, install, transport, and store. All Top Hopper Basketball Rim Mounts are powder coated to help protect the steel from the environment and looks great. It can be assembled out of the box in 5 minutes. You can install it to the basketball rim in a few minutes. Then, attach The Top Hopper Measuring Device directly to The Top Hopper Basketball Rim Mount and use the built-in leveling capabilities to ensure it is level before using it. The fully assembled basketball rim mount measures 27" x 18" x 21".
